Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Global Concrete Development Corp. handles the personal information you share with us through this website, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Who we are

Global Concrete Development Corp. (“we” or “us”) decides how and why the personal information described in this notice is used. That makes us the personal information controller for the inquiries you send through this website.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect what you type into the form:

  • Your full name
  • Your company name, if you enter one
  • Your email address and phone number
  • Your inquiry type, plus your project type and project location if you enter them
  • The message you write

To protect the form from spam and abuse, we also process your device’s IP address and basic browser information when you open or send it. We don’t use this to identify or profile you.

We don’t ask for government ID numbers, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive personal information. Please don’t include any in your message.

Why we use it

We use your details to:

  • Read and respond to your inquiry
  • Prepare the quotations, proposals, or project discussions you ask for
  • Keep a record of our communication with you

We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you send the form, and because you asked us to contact you. We don’t sell your details, and we won’t use them for unrelated marketing without asking you separately.

Who can see it

Your inquiry is available to the authorized Global Concrete Development Corp. staff who need it to respond to you.

We also use service providers: Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, the security check on the inquiry form that tells people from bots; Resend delivers form messages to our inbox by email; and Google (Gmail) hosts that inbox. They handle your details only on our behalf, under confidentiality and security commitments, and may store or process information outside the Philippines.

We share your information with anyone else only if you ask us to, or if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry only as long as we need it to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and for any record-keeping the law requires. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous so it can no longer identify you.

IP addresses used to limit repeated submissions are deleted automatically 24 hours after the last inquiry sent from that address.

How we protect it

We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including limiting access to the people who need it.

If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The inquiry form’s security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) loads only when you open the form, and Cloudflare uses the information it collects only to tell people from bots, not for advertising. If we add analytics or similar tools later, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your personal information is collected and used
  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
  • Object to how we use your information, or withdraw your consent at any time
  • Ask us to erase or block your information when it is no longer needed or was collected unlawfully
  • Receive a copy of your information in a commonly used electronic format, where this applies
  • Be compensated for damage caused by inaccurate or unlawfully used information

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this notice.

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph (opens in a new tab).

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and we will show significant changes on this page.
