Global Concrete Development Corp. (GCDC) produces and supplies high-grade ready-mix concrete for regional infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments. We hold our products and services to strict quality standards and build sustainable, eco-friendly practices into how we operate.
At the core of our operation is a fully computerized, automated batching system. It digitally weighs every component — aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures — for precise, consistent concrete, less waste, and lower emissions.
GCDC began in Padre Garcia, Batangas, serving Batangas Province and neighboring regions for three years until February 2026. Our Occidental Mindoro plant opened on May 30, 2025, and is now our sole operating branch.
